Description (partial)

SVI with multiple ports as members in different ASIC instance.
The SVI Egress multicast counter shows equivalent to the number of ASIC in which SVI sends out the packet.

When a multicast packet is being replicated via SVI and the output interfaces reside on different hw instance and are part of a port-channel. It is observed that the total mcast packets count can be incorrect. This is because the internal hw packet count is calculated at level when the packet is being replicated. It has no way to know how the packets are eventually being handled at the port-channel level which may be load balanced or dropped. This is internal system design short coming and can't be fixed at the moment.

However, packets are replicated properly and no functionality impact. This is only a counter issue.
