Description (partial)

Symptom:
Variation in log collection for all components and a particular component.

Conditions:
Steps :

Actual behavior:
1.	Navigate to Operate --> LCC
2.	Select a device from devices table, click on Manage Trace Template and create a template for this device type and associate all the components in the template created for this device.
3.	Now collect logs for the device and select template which we created in step 2 from Use Template drop down while collecting logs.
4.	We can't see the logs get collected for this device and for the components associated to it, although in UI status shows completed .

Expected behavior:
1.	Navigate to Operate --> LCC
2.	Select the same as we selected above from devices table, click on Manage Trace Template and create a template for this device type and associate only one particular component let's say ?AMC Service? in the template created for this device.
3.	Now collect logs for the device and select template which we created in step 2 from Use Template drop down while collecting logs.
4.	We can see the logs get collected successfully for this component of the device.

Issue : Now as the logs get collected [As mentioned in Expected behavior] for a particular component when we selected that component only for that device. So the same way log should get collected at least for the same component, as in [Actual behavior] we created a template for all components. However we didn't get any logs in this case and it shows ?No Data Found? in UI and status ?Completed?
