Description (partial)
Symptom: When you search a number through corporate directory and hit select button,it tries dialing the number. If the number is without '+'(Ex: 1234), the call going through normally. If the number include with '+'(Ex: +1234) its keep increasing the last digit of the number like +123444444444444 and try dialing and getting fast busy tone. Conditions: Cisco 6945 phone model with SCCP6945.9-4-1-3, if try to dial a number including with + (EX: +12343) from Corporate directory
