Description (partial)

Symptom:
When creating a remote location from GUI (Admin > Import/Export > Remote Location), the GUI allows the user to use the \ character in the remote path property. The \ character is an escape character, which should not be allowed for use in the remote path property.

The GUI also allows \ character in the 'Host Name (or IP Address)', the \ character is not valid in host name of ip address.

Conditions:
Using \ character.
