Description (partial)

Symptom:
URIB crashes and box resets when doing no feature bgp and following logs are seen on the console:

Service "urib" (PID xxxx) hasn't caught signal 6 (core will be saved).

Conditions:
When certain vRF configurations are made and route import/export is enabled and then those vRFS are removed and BGP is removed (no feature bgp),  URIB process crashes and the box reloads.
