Conditions:
- The memory leak occurred over what looks to be a period of 3-4 months, during which STP sent 55705 individual port updates to l2vpn.
- The port updates have the wrong parent port interface handle, which causes the l2vpn code to hit an error case and to leak memory.
- This is a slow memory leak in l2vpn_mgr. l2vpn_mgr process hits critical memory state and exits.
