Description (partial)

Symptom:
A pair of VSS 6500 switches running SXI are to be upgraded to SXI13. The code is copied to the sup-bootdisk: of both switches. Then the standby VSS unit is reload using the command [redundancy reload peer]. The Standby device succesfully reloads and comes back into the standby state. After this, the Active unit crashes.

Conditions:
This only occurs during the reload process. When both units are running SXI13, the VSS synchronizes successfully without any code instability or crashes.
