Symptom: Unable to run phone tracking on 2960+ switches as they are currently unsupported. The following OIDs aren't currently supported in CER: 22.214.171.124.126.96.36.199.1748 188.8.131.52.184.108.40.206.1749 220.127.116.11.18.104.22.168.1750 22.214.171.124.126.96.36.199.1753 188.8.131.52.184.108.40.206.1754 220.127.116.11.18.104.22.168.1755 The phone tracking logs will show the following as long as DEBUG levels are enabled: %CER-CER_PHONETRACKINGENGINE-7-DEBUG:Thread-8 :DiscoveryDetails setMajorDiscoveryCom Event Logs: [This device is not supported 192.168.34.56] %CER-CER_PHONETRACKINGENGINE-6-INFO: CER Message Receiver T:SMFFactoryLoader getFactoryForId Unable to map oid .22.214.171.124.126.96.36.199.1748 Conditions: Using 2960+ switches in your environment and want to use switch tracking with CER.
