Description (partial)

Symptom:
Schedule an webex repeat meeting and the display of rrule in iCalendar opend by outlook, it display wrong. Open this bug by following steps.

We schedule an meeting start from ?Hawaiian Standard Time(UTC -10) 2014/09/22 17:30?, end by ?Hawaiian Standard Time(UTC -10) 2014/09/22 18:00?.
Timezone of my local machine is ?BeiJing Start Time(UTC +8)?, the repeat rule displayed according to local timezone.

The right display is ?Occurs every day effective 2014/9/23 until 2014/9/25 from 11:30 to 12:00?.
But the actual result you can see in snapshot is ?Occurs every day effective 2014/9/22 until 2014/9/24 from 11:30 to 12:00?

The time is right, but the date is wrong. There is 1 day gap between actual result and right display.

Although the display of repeat rule is wrong, but outlook can import calendar correctly. So this is an bug only about display of rrule.
