Description (partial)

Symptom:
Router crashes on memory growth exceeding available 2GB memory space due to Call Type Skill Group records exceeding supported limit of 30,000 (See the Unified CCE Design Guide's System Requirements and Constraints chapter).

Conditions:
For every unique Call Type Skill Group pairing, the router will create a historical data record to populate statistics. When creating call routing scripts, it is possible to create valid scripts that may result in customers exceeding the Call Type Skill Group record limit in runtime.
