Description (partial)

Symptom:
When IOS-XE acts as dhcp proxy for ppp clients, the Discover and Request are correctly send 
using the virtual-template ip address as GiAddr

When the client is Released the IOS-XE populate the GiADDR with the physical interface's ip address 
of the outgoing interface, instead of maintaining the original GiADDR

Conditions:
Sending a Dhcp Release for ppp clients
