Description (partial)

Symptom:
A 9971 phone resets during actions on the main menu.

Conditions:
1. Power on a 9971 phone without Ethernet connection. The phone starts up and connects to the WIFI network.
2. Before the phone registers, open the phone menu, go to Administor Settings -> Network Setup -> Wireless Setup, then press the Down key twice. After the first press, the highlighted bar goes down. But After the second press, the highlighted bar doesn't move. A few seconds later, the phone resets.
