Symptom:
Phone UI freeze after the network is switched to Ethernet

Conditions:
Steps:
1. A 9971 phone starts up without Ethernet connection. After startup, it connects to the WIFI network.
2. Plug the Ethernet cable in the phone.
    The phone switches to the Ethernet. But before the phone re-register to CUCM, the phone UI freezes.
