Description (partial)

Symptom:
When setting up an endpoint on DHCP, ifconfig doesnt show the broadcast address on the endpoint.

[Vivek-EX90:~] $ ifconfig
eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:50:60:05:80:26
          inet addr:10.106.85.231 Bcast:0.0.0.0 Mask:255.255.255.192
UP BROADCAST RUNNING PROMISC MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
          RX packets:8466 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:4588 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:1000
          RX bytes:1137630 (1.0 Mb) TX bytes:2966006 (2.8 Mb)
          Base address:0x6000

A touch panel connected to unit shows the IP address of the endpoint as the broadcast address when it shows 0.0.0.0 in root.

Found that on all endpoint running on TC 6 and TC 7.XX version.

When setting up the setting up the same IP as static, it shows the correct broadcast address as expected

Another Bug: CSCuo18246 was raised for netmask issue seems to be fixed.

Conditions:
When setting up the unit on DHCP
