Symptom: Quack authentication fails for some of the legacy IMs with the below signature in cmcc logs: 08/11 21:13:07.185 [cmlib_util]: (note): Power enabled for IM 1 08/11 21:13:13.336 [cmcc]: (ERR): QUACK: Invalid Message Size: 79 08/11 21:13:13.338 [cmcc]: (ERR): QUACK: scc process command failed 08/11 21:13:13.338 [cmcc]: (ERR): i2c_scc_process_cmd failed 08/11 21:13:13.351 [cmcc]: (ERR): QUACK: Invalid Message Size: 13 08/11 21:13:13.353 [cmcc]: (ERR): QUACK: scc process command failed 08/11 21:13:13.353 [cmcc]: (ERR): i2c_scc_process_cmd failed 08/11 21:13:13.354 [cmcc]: (ERR): Authentication failed with the return value of 4: Conditions: Legacy IMs with quack chips of Renesas part. This issue is seen with images of RLS 3.5.x / 3.6.x / 3.7.x only and RLS 3.12.0.
