Symptom: To extend and remove lease without decommissioning the server we need to have a Extend Lease Icon as per Cisco IAC 4.0 user guide. Steps to reproduce: Step 1 Choose Service Portal from the module drop-down list and then click My Servers. Step 2 On the My Servers portal, locate and click the server in the table. Details about the server and icons for actions appear in the Take Action area. Step 3 Unable to find the Extend Lease Icon in the area This Occurs if the customer is language type other than English for Operating system and Database. Conditions: Customer is using Database which has set Japanese as a language type. This is localised environment.
