Description (partial)

Symptom:
User shows up as unauthenticated in accesslogs even after logging off and logging back in on their PC and even after the fact that CDA shows correct mappings

Conditions:
In 7.7 code of WSA - User ip is  unauthenticated per the accesslogs i.e. treated as a guest by the WSA. Mapping does not get updated with the correct user id even though CDA shows the ip to user mapping populated.
