Description (partial)

Symptom:
Jabber for Android fail to detect the  "IPSec Xauth PSK" connection

Conditions:
Now, Jabber can only detect "tun0" can "cscotun0" as VPN connected. So it just think as VPN disconnected if use "IPSec Xauth PSK" connection. Then Jabber just use "wlan0" IP address to negotiate with remote side, which caused the issue (single audio as RTP packet cannot be forwarded to Jabber).
