Symptom: Here is the error message for a failed AXL request to CUCM, 'Failed to send message to remote AXL Server. Please check error log for more details.' To make troubleshooting easier, need to mention the Log file name with location. Alternatively, a link to download the log file can be provided. Conditions: Any version of CUC.
