Description (partial)

Symptom:
Continuous flap of 6800IA peer interfaces causes SCP async queue build up on Active and Standby Supervisors. This causes Free I/O memory to be constantly decreasing eventually may result in supervisor crash/failover.

Continuous flap of range of 6800IA host interfaces causes SCP async queue build up
