Description (partial)

Symptom:
When you do an expand operation and it completes you are given a message that the operation has completed and to click the "Continue" button to restart the system.  You click the button but then you get an error "Cannot access server".

Conditions:
This happens when you create the virtual machines using the 2.0 OVA.
