Description (partial)

Symptom:
Steps:
1. Phone power supply with power brick
2. Make an HFU call on the phone
3. Unplug network cable and plug it back
Result:
The audio is moved to smart phone automatically as expected.
However, Press "Move Audio", the audio can't be moved to 8861 phone.
