Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Remote monitoring fails. When a caller/supervisor is prompted for agent id and pin this error is returned "Sorry you have entered an invalid extension, CSQ, or user ID" Conditions: The customer is unable to perform remote monitoring when the agent extension is more than 10 characters long.
