Cisco Bug: CSCuq63270 - missing filter options for Interfaces/Name or LSPs/Name

Symptom: no filter options for Interfaces/Name nor LSPs/Name Conditions: When defining a report, it's helpful to choose objects by the drop down filter box, which lets you choose objects from a list of attributes and their unique values. Generally, this only applies to keys and low frequency attributes, such as Capacity. Some attributes, such as ActualPath are too unwieldy to be used as a key. Keys should always be allowed as a filter. All other key values of all objects types have filter drop downs, except for Interfaces/Name and LSPs/Name. Node/Name & Reports/Name are allowed, so it's not just a Name issue. In addition, Interfaces/Name, LSPs/Name should also be allowed in the Group By list, as Names are not unique it's useful to group them. I think it was a mistake and not a deliberate design choice to skip these two key attributes. All product versions; not a regression.
