Description (partial)

When we do ISSU from 6.2.8 (or older releases in 6.2.x) to 6.2.10 or higher in 6.2.x (there is no issue if going to Gibraltar directly), it can fail if some configurations are non-default.

1. L4 protocol cam extend configuration (CLI: hardware access-list resource extend l4-protocol-cam)
2. Utilization threshold (CLI: hardware forwarding table utilization threshold <threshold> module <module>)
3. Rate-limiters (dpss, glean-fast, otv and netflow)
The exact CLI for #3 can vary a lot based on the options given but the current config can be found by issuing
show running config | inc "rate-limiter layer-2 dpss";
show running config | inc "rate-limiter layer-3 glean-fast";
show running config | inc "rate-limiter layer-2 netflow";
show running config | inc "rate-limiter layer-2 otv";
