Symptom: The call control icon on the call row is incorrect and is displaying the "Talking" icon instead of the "Previewing" icon on the Finesse Agent Desktop. Conditions: Agent is previewing a Direct Preview Outbound Dialer call on Finesse Agent Desktop in a Unified CCX deployment.
