Description (partial)
Symptom: When scheduling a meeting in outlook, and trying to specify an Alternate host, the participants listed in Alternate host section of WebEx Assistant are not the participants listed in the To field of the event. This happens in a specific scenario described below: 1. Open MS Outlook (WebEx Productivity Tools are running) 2. Open Calendar section 3. Click on the time section in the Calendar and open a Calendar Event (New Appointment) 4. Click on Invite Attendees button 5. In the 'To' field, add couple of e-mail addresses (e.g. mail1@domain.com, mail2@domain.com, mail3@domain.com) 6. For some reason you change your mind, and click on 'X' to close this event 7. Select 'Don't save changes' option in the pop-up dialog and click OK button to close the event. 8. Now, for the same time period, open a new Calendar Event (New Appointment) 9. Click on Invtie Attendees button 10. In the 'To' field, add some new invitees (e.g. mail5@domain.com, mail6@domain.com, mail7@domain.com) 11. Click on 'Add WebEx Meeting' button 12. 'Communicating with WebEx server' shows up for a second and WebEx Settings window opens up 13. Click on 'Alternate Host' tab 14. In the list of 'Alternate Hosts' we don't see these invitees: mail5@domain.com, mail6@domain.com, mail7@domain.com Instead, we see the invitees from the first event that we closed: mail1@domain.com, mail2@domain.com, mail3@domain.com This behavior doesn't happen when you select a different time in the calendar, and then click back to the desired time frame or close and reopen Outlook. Conditions: CWMS Productivity Tools 2.28.1.410 CWMS 2.0 MR4 HF2 Outlook 2010 (14.0.6023.1000 32-bit) Windows 7 SP1
