Description (partial)

Symptom:
When attaching an unrecognizable device Jabber device manager component may enter an very long loop that prevents it from detecting any devices insertion removal as long as the loop is going.

By missing devices insertion/removal events Jabber may create duplicate device entries in device list. Moreover having a continuous loop in background may slow down Jabber and further may generate hangs or crashes.

Conditions:
Unrecognizable audio device attached to the system
