Symptom: sdump should be able to be killed in debugsh Conditions: phoneload: sip88xx.10.2.2.16dev Per Wi-Fi automation development requirement, we need to kill sdump in debugsh, or redundant syslog will make it hard to check whether command has been successfully executed on phone.
