Description (partial)
Symptom: Enhancement to add internal debug logs when an FCIP interface flaps due to keepalive timeout. Currently, only the following type of syslog message is logged in this event: %PORT-5-IF_DOWN_TCP_KEEP_ALIVE_EXPIRED: %$VSAN 1%$ Interface fcip1 is down (TCP conn. closed - Keep alive expired) port-channel1 Conditions: An FCIP is deliberately flapped if there is no traffic and no keepalive frames are received on it.
