Description (partial)

Symptom:
Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM and Presence Service experiences high CPU which can be attributed to the Cisco Tomcat service.

Cisco Jabber users are unable to login.

Conditions:
The user authentication is configured on the Cisco Unified Communications Manager to use LDAP authentication mode which is applicable to users accessing both Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM and Presence Service. 

The configured LDAP servers used for authentication are unreachable directly from the Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM and Presence Service node
