Symptom:
Click2Call will not function within Outlook (2010/2013) as the registry key value is cleared.

Conditions:
Have a value set for "HKCU\Software\IM Providers\DefaultIMApp"


Example: 

Lync 2010/2013
"HKCU\Software\IM Providers\DefaultIMApp\Communicator"
