Description (partial)

Symptom:
deviation reports aborting with sql insert errors

Conditions:
New in latest build (6.0-324-ge7c7873).  Simple deviation report: sourcenode(all), any time range, any other settings, will abort with "Cannot insert row."  Used cox data on ml2.cisco.com with local ML server.  Will check latest 6.0 official build and update this bug later.
