Description (partial)

Symptom:
When adding users to the MediaSense API Users if the user doesn't appear in the Available Unified CUCM Users list you must search for the user ID.
This field is case sensitive.  The search shouldn't be case sensitive.

Conditions:
The CUCM has more users (75) than can be displayed in the Available Unified CUCM Users
You then have to enter the user ID in the search box to return a truncated list.
The user ID is case sensitive.
Meaning userABC and userabc do not return the same results
