Description (partial) 

IN case of multi node Geo redundant deployment , while running the cluster run all securirty command failed with below error

EFT-CUCDM-WPA node failed with timeout
EFT-CUCDM-WPB node failed with time out

Here the above two nodes are web proxy nodes.

Symptom:
