External Participant is added as Audio SIP Dial Out
Telepresence Server is configured in TMS with - Limit Ports to Number of Scheduled Participants - ?on?
In a call with 2 Video Endpoints and 1 Audio
Video EP 1 status will show TX Video, RX Video (Endpoint only receives the Telepresence Server Splash Screen)
Video EP 2 status will show TX Video only (Blank Screen)

When using TMS to schedule a Conference on the 8710, where Audio participants are added as Audio Dial Out, the conference begins and the Audio Participants take up a Video Port, preventing the Telepresence Server from transmitting Video to the Video Endpoints. This only occurs when the Telepresence Server is configured on the TMS in Systems>Navigator>?Telepresence Server?>Settings Tab>Extended Settings Tab - Limit Ports to Number of Scheduled Participants is set to ?on?.
