Symptom:
Resolution/Bit rate is not appearing in Touch(Lago) during Interop call

Conditions:
During a Interop call during NI testing between Lago to TB(EX60/EX90/C40/C90)
Resolution is inconsistent in Phone GUI , But in CTS CLI 
Working Fine

Call Status--->Resolution : Unknown
Transmit/Recv : Resolution/FPS : Blank
