Description (partial)
Symptom: Under a very rare conditions, when UCMP and IP-FRR is used, OSPF process may unexpectedly restart upon a change in the topology. Conditions: The problem can only happen when UCMP and per-prefix IP-FRR is configured. The problem may happen when there is partitioned LAN segment, that is advertised by some routers as a transit network, and by another router as a stub network.
