Description (partial)
Symptom: The Initiate Un-Config command found on the EC > UN-Config WebUI does not appear to be working correctly for a settop in Dual Stack or IPv6 only mode. In Dual-Stack mode, the EC sends the initiate message to the settop IPv4 address, which isn't listening on its IPv4 address for the required port (13818). In IPv6 only mode, the EC doesn't send the initiate message at all, most likely because it wants to use the settop IPv4 address, which doesn't exist. Conditions: The Initiate Un-Config command found on the EC > UN-Config WebUI does not appear to be working correctly for a settop in Dual Stack or IPv6 only mode.
