Symptom:
Blade re-acknowledge / discovery fails with following error:

'unspecified Message: Failed to configure HIF port-channel; details Port-channel members across FEXes is not allowed, new member Ethernet13/1/6(0x1f0c0140) existing membe: : Ethernet16/1/4#Port-channel members across FEXes is not allowed, new member Ethernet13/1/7(0x1f0c0180) existing membe: : Ethernet16/1/4#Port-channel (sam:dme:ComputeBladeDiscover:ConfigFeLocal)'

Check the channel-group number in sam_techsupport and it will be already assigned to another server.

Conditions:
Gen 2 Cisco VICs (1240 & 1280) and IOMs (2204 & 2208).
