Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer is running out of ECC variable space and wants to know why variable names are so long. For example CourtesyCallbackEnabled uses 23 characters. Can't this be shorter?

Conditions:
Maximum ECC Variable size is 2500, customer is getting errors that the available space is used.
