Description (partial)

Symptom:
Dialog context in call preservation in not proper.

Conditions:
Register a device with active server and a stand by server as an SRST.
Shut down the active server, so that the endpoint registers with SRST.
Tap on the call preservation icon in the endpoint and observe the context of the call preservation dialog.
