Description (partial)

Issue while deleting through empty custom file

Go to ccmadmin - device - device setting - Remote destination profile - Create a profile without description
Go to ccmadmin - device - Remote destination - Create a profile without name
Go to ccmadmin - Call routing - Mobility - Mobility profile - create a profile without description
Now go to Bulk Administration - Upload/download - uploaded a empty file  under Remote destination or Remote Destination Profile or Mobility Profile - Transaction type is delete
Now go Bulk Administration - Mobility - Remote Destination - Remote Destination Delete - Select name - select the file- click find - then submit - Then go to job scheduler - it goes to incomplete state.
Same procedure have to do for Remote destination Profile and Mobility Profile.

Same kind of Behavior have been seen under Bulk administration - Manager/Assistant - Delete manager or Delete Assistant or Delete Manager/Assistant.
Issue is there only when we try to delete through empty custom file.
