Symptom:
hardkey offhook, phone dial out directly

Conditions:
phone load: sip88xx.10-2-2-13dev
phone lots of onhook/offhook, interaction with blf-SD, intercom call. after several times, press headset/speaker or pickup handset, phone will dial out directly. (20140826)

[Update 20140829] Intercom line on KEM, offhook, call history popup, press Intercom PFK, then input intercom destination DN as quickly as possible. It's easy to reproduce the problem.
