Symptom:
phone dialtone sound become lower when make intercom call

Conditions:
phone load: sip88xx.10-2-2-13dev, sip88xx.10-2-2-15dev
press intercom pfk, input destination as quickly as possible
or press intercom pfk again to cancel the call, do this for several times, phone dialtone sound become lower than before.
