Description (partial)

Symptom:
The Ringer volume for the Cisco 8945 phone is very low as compared to other 79XX series model. 
This is not an issue where the phones are placed in a silent office environment. However, if the phones are placed in a noisy environment, often calls go answered as the users are unable to hear the phone ring. 

There is hardly any increase in the Ringer Sound when we increase the volume from 7 to 10.

Conditions:
This issue is noticed for Cisco 8945 phones and it is not firmware specific.
