Description (partial)

Symptom:
Hyper-V VM's may experience a loss of network connectvity

Conditions:
This has been observed in customer environment:
- Using HyperV on Windows 2012 R2 with VM's (Windows and Linux based) that perform large amounts of network I/O, such as large file transfers or system backups
- Using VIC 1240 or 1280 with MLOM
- Running supported version of ENIC driver for their UCS infrastructure

However, there may be other trigger conditions and this issue could possibly affect bare metal Windows servers with large Network I/O etc.
