Description (partial)
Symptom: When performing an operation in CUCDM GUI (such as create subscriber) if that operation fails, the "Rolled Back" field of the main transaction states "No" However, if you click on the subtransactions, such as "Create Phone" then the subtransaction "Rolled Back" status will say "Rolled Back" The main transaction should state "Rolled Back" = "Rolled Back" if any of the subtransactions have rolled back.
