Description (partial)
Symptom: Self enrollment (if self enrollment is SET from CUCA) prompt comes again and again on VVM for the five minutes, even when enrollment done successfully. Applies to both a new user and an existing user. Similarly the broadcast message prompt comes again and again on VVM for five minutes Conditions: Scenario 1: steps: 1. create a VVM account for a cxn user. 2. enable the self enrollment at next sign-in 3. log in to VVM of the user 4. It will ask for self enrollment. 5. click proceed 6. It will redirect to the voicemail of the user 7. Perform the steps of self enrollment of the user (record voicename etc) 8. now log in to VVM again. Scenario 2: steps: 1. create a VVM account for a cxn user. 2. Drop a broad cast message 3. log in to VVM of the user 4. It will tell that there is a broadcast message in inbox. 5. click proceed 6. It will redirect to the voicemail of the user 7. Listen the broad cast message and delete the message 8. now log in to VVM again.
