Description (partial)

Symptom:
When any of the N6k switches in the VPC pair gets reloaded in its running config after booting up the 'auto-recovery' delay timer appears as set to its default delay value of 240 secs.

Conditions:
Nexus 6k switches configured in VPC pair. 'auto-recovery reload-delay' configured with non -default delay value.
